Summary: Responsible for cashier, cash deposit, billing, employee reimbursement, payment review, inventory and fixed assets management, Provide financial regulations to employees, assist in docking with financial headquarters and Local finance company, and other routine work in Finance.
1、Work directly with the finance department of the group, actively cooperate with regional daily work, work with sales team and follow to financial principles；
2、According to the provisions of the program of activities, the company's financial system, do carefully and accurately audit bills and expenses, all kinds of payment documents and process audit, to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of data verification; Review the sales contract; employee financial system to do propaganda work。
3、Responsible for monitoring and checking enterprise assets and inventory，Including cash, bank deposits, inventory goods, fixed assets, and low value consumables,Supervise inventory management.
4、Be responsible for cashier work, cash deposit, assist in asset inventory and daily management；Keep good communication with sales department, feedback and report to headquarter.
5、Responsible for submission of the financial statements of the company, communicate irregularly with HQ finance，Maintain good communication with business department，and timely provide the decisions required by the headquarters、financial and business statements。
6、Do daily financial management and cost control，Strict control of financial revenue and expenditure and inventory management，Monthly cash receipts and payments and related reports；
7、Complete other tasks assigned by the leader，According to the business development, the job description will be adjusted timely.
1、Skilled use of office software, such as Excel; working experience in accounting / cashier / Financial Assistant。
2、Responsible and principled, rigorous, careful, able to work under pressure, good communication skills and executive ability; good team work spirit, good stability and willing to take challenging job；
3、Able to communicate in Chinese, good at Vietnamese and English，financial experience in trading company is preferred；
4、Familiar with fabric stock management is preferred。
5、CV is written in Chinese and English
