Mô tả công việc

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, live chat, phone, etc.

- Handle and resolve customer complaints

- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries

- Provide pricing and delivery information

- Perform customer verifications

- Write and post information to Social networks

- 03 full-time positions available WORKING TIME: Can start asap, work in shifts (the staff is working at the office - shift 1 in 2-month probation, more detail will be discussed in the interview): - Shift 1: 8:00am - 5:30pm (work at office) - Shift 2: 5:00pm - 11:00pm (work at home) - Shift 3: 2:00am - 7:00am (work at home)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- No working experience required

- Candidate must possess at least a College Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent

- Logical thinking ability

- Strong written, listening, reading and speaking English skills

- Ability to work under pressure

- Good problem solving, collaboration, and communication skills

- Negotiation skills
