Helpdesk Services: Responsible for all issue about IT Helpdesk team Responsible for improving services IT Helpdesk.
Responsible for management & develop IT Helpdesk team. Establish KPI’s team to track, report and work to improve services.
Work with procurement department to purchase necessary. equipment and software, as approved through budgeting process.
Determine training which should be rolled out to team to improve service.
Research and develop services for IT Helpdesk tool Responsible for management IT Devices of all BUs and offices.
Responsible for management IT devices for all BUs with sites within the Scommerce.
Responsible for management process payment request of IT team
Responsible for management process payment request and all contract about IT Services (Internet, Ink, IT repair...)
Report: Report to IT Manager weekly Some tasks assigned from IT Manager

- Good communication Experience: - College of Information Technology
- Certificate of Network Administrator: MCSA or CCNA - Minimum 4 years’ experience about IT Helpdesk/Network System about IT Helpdesk Leader.
- Good communication (Work with another department)
- Experienced about management & using Helpdesk tools
- Experienced about management inventory - Experienced about Firewall
- Experienced about support VoIP
- English: Elementary level - Priority: intermediate level
- Priority: Certificate of, MCSE, CCNP, CEH, VMWARE VSPHERE
