ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Troubleshoot end-user hardware/software issues for about 200 end users, including users at remote sites within the Scommerce Group area.
- Provide technical support, software and hardware installation (Network connection, Printer, Scan, Computer, Ncomputing, Think Client, Laptop, Macbook, Projector, Wifi, Gmail, Outlook, Windows..)
- Technical services and support at the network: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security - Write user guide for user - Work with ISP setup internet line
- Periodically do reports and report to IT Helpdesk Team Leader
- Responsible for management and follow fixed asset at Warehouse & Office - Periodically Checklist fixed asset monthly
- Join with IT Network System team to the setup System Network (LAN, WAN) for new office. Include setup Internet connection, LAN Cable Network, Wifi, PC, Laptop, Printer, Server, File Server, Switch layer2, layer3, Router Cisco, Vigor, VPN connection, Firewall Fortinet, Watchguard.
- Monitoring and maintaining Infrastructure systems Network and Security (Internet lines, Router, Switch)
- Participate in developing/ managing IT infrastructure and security systems - Report to Helpdesk Team Leader weekly
