80% workload is HR lead for Vietnam office:
- Partner with regional HR & Country Manager to maintain office policies and ensure labor contract compliance with local law.
- Support function heads to recruit and select team member and provide orientation to new employees
- Be in charge of monthly payroll from preparation to execution.
20% workload is Admin Coordinator for Vietnam office:
- Coordinate with related departments on all office equipments
- Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease
- Manage executives' schedules, calendars and appointments.
- Full equipped office in district 3
- 13th salary
- Year end performance bonus
- Knowledge of human resources management practices and procedures, together local law.
- Influent communication in both Vietnamese and English
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office
