- To inspect performance of CC, Team Leader, Sales Supervisor, City Leader, ASM, RSM related to: working activities, schedule of working, POS visitation and meeting, then evaluate the working schedule’s quality
- To collect, keep track and co-ordinate with channel’s manager to solve the complaint of customer, dealer, partner
- To analyze, evaluate situation of region check and give effective solutions to improve region
- To do weekly report in evaluating Sales quality, propose punishment to handle violations of Sales field
- To co-ordinate with internal department to check related issues of Sales field
- To be proactive in designing policy, rule for Sales field
- To attend to build the process and plan for quality check with Sales Quality Control Manager
- Other tasks assigned by Sales Quality Control Manager
- Yearly bonus (KPI – highly attractive – discuss in the phone).

Yêu cầu công việc
- Background University Graduate, major: Business Administration, Audit, IT
- At least 02 year experience working in Sales Quality Control
- Experience in processes and control methods
- Understand of banking products & services Skills
- Good oral & verbal communication skill
- Proactive, interpersonal & negotiation skills
- Time management skill
- Well-organized, detailed skill
- Ability to work under high pressure Smart & agile
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
