1. Compensation Operations
- Proceed weekly checking on labor/ service contract of staff/ freelancer
- Assist for staff movement and promotion record
- Ensure all compensations to comply with government and GHN’s regulations.
- Claim and pay allowances from Social Insurance Department, Insurance Company
- Provide to staff about one’s eligible non-cash benefits
- Proceed monthly PIT code/ PIT dependent registration and year end PIT finalization.
- Handle weekly/ monthly report as required 2. Others:
- Complete all reports for external authorities such as Social Insurance Dept, Police Dept, Dolisa, Tax Dept and internal report system [ie cost monitoring report, employee statistic report, headcount report]
- Be responsible for non-financial report for regarding compensation and benefits
- Effectively update to staff internal regulations, employee handbook, new governmental regulations
- Ad-hoc responsibilities if required

Yêu cầu công việc
Qualifications: - Bachelors Degree from an accredited University
- Already at the same position with at least 1 years experience in compensation and benefits.
- Multinational organization experience preferred (in the logistic, consumer is a plus)
- Proficient in remuneration best practice, Vietnamese labour code, governmental regulations relating to human resources Skills:
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise and negotiate at executive level and above in a professional manner
- High flexibility and ability to work in C&B function
- Strong leadership skills and cross cultural understanding - Good presentation and persuasive skills
